Hooga is all about teaching you the power of building relationships, which we believe is the key skill to making your life better personally and professionally. To ensure your success at home, with family and at work, Hooga will be asking you to:

• Take an assessment called the “Clifton Strengths Finder’s Top 5” (paid for separately)

• Understand and reflect on where your strengths and how they work

• Record your real Values, Passions and Skills

• Put your learning to use, by sharing and then requesting reviews of some of your answers from people you trust to help you better understand and build relationships

All of the information Hooga is collecting is confidential to you. Even if you are taking this as an activity within your employment or as part of a team, it is kept strictly confidential to you. 

The information you input during the course is displayed back to you as you write, tell, and update your story (the main output of using Hooga).  We do not use this data for any other purpose unless we explicitly ask you for such permission.  The only time others will see your data is when you request reviews from specific people.  The reviewers you select will only see the data you are requesting them to review.

Lastly, you can expect to spend about 2 to 4 hours on this course in 12-15 minute chunks. People tend to come back and keep iterating their story, or add to their answers, thereby spending more time. 

Hooga challenges you to reflect on big topics, so work on it when in a quiet place and when you can focus.
